1. Product introduction
S13-MRL series Three-phase solid coil core power distribution transformers break through the traditional plane structure layout, using three-phase symmetrical three-dimensional structure. Because there is no air gap in the magnetic circuit and the winding is closer, the magnetic direction of the silicon steel strip is completely consistent with the magnetic circuit direction, the three core columns are arranged in an equilateral triangle three-dimensional arrangement, the three-phase magnetic circuit length is the same, and the product noise is low, which is energy-saving distribution transformer at present.
2. Product features
◆ three phase balance and harmonic current are small. The three cores have the same length of magnetic circuit, the same magnetic resistance, and the three phases are completely balanced, so they have the characteristics of very low harmonic current
◆ low no-load loss, no-load current and noise
◆ special automatic winding machine to ensure coil quality
◆ inner positioning structure is adopted for winding to effectively protect core and ensure core loss
