1. Product introduction
Our SCB series Epoxy Resin Dry-Type Transformer of 35kV level and below is made of h-level epoxy resin as insulation material, low-voltage winding is made of copper strip (foil), high-voltage winding is made of wire, epoxy resin is poured in vacuum and solidified to form a high-strength fiberglass structure. Epoxy resin dry-type transformer has the characteristics of good electrical performance, strong lightning resistance, strong short-circuit resistance, small size and light weight. In addition, temperature display controller can be installed to display and control the operating temperature of transformer winding to ensure the normal service life of transformer. Through introducing Portuguese dry-type transformer technology and continuous improvement and Optimization for more than 20 years, our company has upgraded and developed scb10, scb11, scb12 and scb13 series of dry-type power transformers, which meet the requirements of national standard GB / t10228, and completed All follow the principle of establishing the performance level code of dry-type transformer, among which scb12 achieves the second level of energy efficiency, and scb13 series products reach the first level of energy efficiency standard, which are widely used in national power grid, construction, energy, chemical industry, transportation, steel, industry, power generation and other fields, as well as in factories, residential engineering, business office, business center, data center and other fields.

It can be equipped with perfect temperature monitoring and protection system. The intelligent signal temperature control system can automatically monitor and display the working temperature of each phase winding on the same screen, automatically start and stop the fan, and have alarm, trip and other functional settings, which can not only ensure the safe operation under full load, but also have strong overload capacity after the fan is started, and can provide users with the overload demand under emergency conditions, with excellent short-circuit resistance.
