1. Product introduction
S(B)H15-M-30～1600/10 oil immersed amorphous alloy core power distribution transformer is a new generation of energy-saving and environmental protection product. The core of the transformer is made of amorphous alloy material, which is different from the traditional transformer which uses silicon steel sheet as core magnetic conducting material. Its no-load loss is greatly reduced. The no-load loss of the amorphous alloy core transformer is 74% and 63% lower than that of the ordinary S9 and S11 transformers, respectively. In five years, the investment cost of the amorphous alloy core transformer compared with the silicon steel core transformer can be recovered, and the operation cost can be greatly reduced. This product is suitable for three-phase, 50Hz, 10kV power distribution system, widely used in densely populated central urban areas and streets, highways, parking lots, airports, ports, tourist attractions and other places.
The sbh16 oil immersed amorphous distribution transformer is based on the sbh15 amorphous transformer, optimizes the product structure, uses high-quality raw materials and advanced manufacturing process methods, so as to further improve the performance of the transformer, and achieves the energy efficiency level distribution transformer with low overhead load loss, strong short-circuit withstand capacity, low partial discharge, low temperature rise and low noise, so as to realize operation The purpose of low cost, energy saving and environmental protection.
2、 Product features
◆ multiple shock absorption and noise reduction measures to ensure that the product operation noise is minimized
The product structure adopts unique shock absorption, isolation, sound absorption and noise reduction structures, processes and materials to minimize the running noise of the product.
◆ special structure design and material selection, strong short circuit resistance
The low-voltage coil is made of copper foil, the inner part is supported by glass fiber reinforced plastic, and the special coil pressing structure greatly improves the short-circuit resistance of the transformer.
High quality amorphous alloy core with very low no-load loss
The amorphous alloy core, which is made of amorphous strip through shearing, forming, heat treatment and other processes, is the core part of the amorphous alloy transformer. Compared with the traditional silicon steel transformer, it has low loss and high magnetic conductivity, and its no-load loss can be reduced by 65% - 80% compared with the ordinary silicon steel transformer.
◆ when the amorphous core passes through the high frequency flux, it still has the characteristics of low core loss and low exciting current, which will not cause the problem of core saturation. Therefore, the amorphous alloy transformer made of amorphous core has better harmonic resistance.
