1. Product introduction
Yb □ 22-12 / 0.4 series prefabricated substation is a product designed according to the technical requirements and operation habits at home and abroad and fully considering the characteristics of domestic power grid and environment. This product conforms to the national standard gb17467-1998 high voltage / low voltage prefabricated substation, and has passed all type tests.
This series of products are used in the three-phase AC system with rated frequency of 50Hz and rated voltage of 12kV and below, and the public distribution network with capacity of 2500kVA and below requiring ring network and terminal power supply. It can be widely used in outdoor and public accessible places. Such as residential areas, factories and mining enterprises, large construction sites, high-rise buildings, airport terminals, street light control systems and other occasions. It can be used not only as permanent power supply, but also as construction power supply. At the same time, it can also be used for photovoltaic power generation booster station and wind power generation booster station as required.
2. Product features
◆ the shell of box transformer has a variety of materials and protection levels, which can adapt to different electrical environment. The shell material can be glass fiber cement shell, sandwich panel shell, steel plate shell, stainless steel shell and container shell, with the protection level up to IP55.
◆ high voltage room, low voltage room and transformer room can have multiple layout types according to the scheme, with complete functions and compact structure.
◆ the high-voltage cabinet can be ordinary air insulated cabinet, SF6 gas insulated cabinet or kyn28 central cabinet and other cabinet types, and the low-voltage cabinet can be GGD, GCK, MNS and other cabinet types, with a variety of combined design schemes to meet various needs.
◆ safe and reliable protection of personal safety
◆ the performance of all electrical equipment components in the box transformer shall meet the corresponding standard requirements, and the five prevention requirements shall be realized reliably. The box adopts anti-theft structure.
