1. Product introduction
Ellumi-5 series Dry air filled full insulated ring main unit is the latest generation of environmental protection ring network cabinet developed by using dry air as the internal insulation medium of the switch cabinet and modern vacuum arc extinguishing chamber as the breaking element. Ellumi-5 dry air inflatable fully insulated ring network cabinet is applicable to the secondary distribution network of the power system with the voltage level of 12kV, as well as the power supply system of residential quarters, commercial buildings, light industrial enterprises and infrastructure.
2. Product features
◆ adopt vacuum circuit breaker or vacuum load switch with high breaking reliability.
◆ extremely high insulation reliability, the rated insulation level of the switch cabinet can be guaranteed even at zero gauge pressure (relative pressure).
◆ the operating mechanism of the three position disconnector is equipped with an efficient oil buffer, which avoids the shaking phenomenon of the moving head in the opening position during the opening operation of the three position disconnector to the greatest extent.
◆ the status of the disconnector in three positions of the switch cabinet in the gas box can be easily observed with the endoscope probe with infrared lighting and the hand-held display screen, so as to ensure the personal safety of the operation and maintenance personnel.
◆ the switchgear covers a small area and can be compared with SF 6 gas filled fully insulated ring network cabinet.
◆ compared with the operation of SF 6 gas filled fully insulated ring network cabinet, there is no need for any special training in installation and operation skills.
◆ reliable mechanical interlocking provides the highest safety for the personal safety of equipment and operation and maintenance personnel.
◆ any maintenance of the gas box can be carried out on the site of the switch cabinet without any gas recovery device.
◆ the gas box adopts the robot cold metal transition welding technology, which has the characteristics of small welding thermal deformation and no internal spatter in the welding process.
◆ each switch has passed the system and strict quality inspection. Under the rated voltage of 1.1 times, the local discharge value of the whole machine is controlled within 10pc.
